1. Our Services
hazPDF provides online utility tools for processing PDF documents (e.g. merge, split, organize, compress, and convert to Word) as well as AI-powered document interaction utilities.
2. Usage Limits & Upload Policies
- Maximum File Size: The maximum file size permitted for upload is 50MB per file.
- Illegal Content Prohibition: You are strictly prohibited from uploading files containing pornography, hate speech, terrorism-related material, malware, viruses, stolen documents, or any file that violates copyright laws or the legislation of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Document Responsibility: You retain full ownership and liability for the legality of the files you upload. hazPDF is not responsible for the contents of user documents.
3. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
hazPDF services are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the document processing will be error-free or that document formats will be fully preserved during conversion.
hazPDF and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
4. Intellectual Property
All visual assets, user interface designs, code, logos, and trademarks of "hazPDF" are the exclusive property of the hazPDF developer team and protected by copyright laws. You are prohibited from copying, distributing, or reverse engineering our platform without written consent.
5. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

Dengan mengakses atau menggunakan platform hazPDF, Anda setuju untuk terikat oleh Syarat & Ketentuan ini. Jika Anda tidak menyetujui bagian mana pun dari ketentuan ini, Anda dilarang menggunakan platform kami.
1. Layanan Kami
hazPDF menyediakan berbagai peralatan pemrosesan PDF online (seperti penggabungan file, pemisahan halaman, penataan urutan halaman, kompresi ukuran, dan konversi ke Word) serta layanan interaksi dokumen bertenaga AI.
2. Batasan Penggunaan & Ketentuan Upload
- Batas Ukuran File: Ukuran berkas maksimum yang diizinkan untuk diunggah adalah 50MB per file.
- Konten Ilegal: Anda dilarang keras mengunggah berkas yang mengandung unsur pornografi, ujaran kebencian, materi terkait terorisme, malware, virus, dokumen curian, atau file apa pun yang melanggar hak cipta serta ketentuan hukum yang berlaku di Republik Indonesia.
- Tanggung Jawab Berkas: Anda bertanggung jawab penuh atas hak kepemilikan dan legalitas dokumen yang Anda unggah. hazPDF tidak bertanggung jawab atas isi dokumen pengguna.
3. Penafian & Disclaimer Tanggung Jawab
Layanan hazPDF disediakan "sebagaimana adanya" (as-is) tanpa jaminan apa pun, baik tersurat maupun tersirat. Kami tidak menjamin bahwa pemrosesan berkas akan bebas dari kesalahan teknis atau kehilangan format dokumen asli selama konversi.
hazPDF beserta tim pengembangnya tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian langsung, tidak langsung, atau konsekuensial yang timbul dari penggunaan atau ketidakmampuan menggunakan layanan kami.
4. Hak Kekayaan Intelektual
Semua aset visual, desain UI, kode pemrograman, logo, dan merk dagang "hazPDF" adalah milik sah pengembang hazPDF dan dilindungi oleh undang-undang hak cipta Indonesia. Anda dilarang menyalin, mendistribusikan, atau merekayasa balik platform kami tanpa izin tertulis.
5. Hukum yang Berlaku
Syarat & Ketentuan ini diatur dan ditafsirkan sesuai dengan hukum Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Setiap perselisihan yang timbul dari ketentuan ini akan diselesaikan melalui yurisdiksi pengadilan di Jakarta, Indonesia.
